Events
All services are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your Event Contract. Please refer to your signed agreement for complete details.

Gifts & Personalized Décor
All personalized items, including laser-engraved products, are non-refundable and non-returnable. Due to the custom nature of these items, all sales are final.
